Photo Christmas Cards with Personal Photo Graduation in the Winter Time

Are you graduating early? Many students that graduate early, graduate in the winter months, which is a great opportunity to do something different with your graduation invitation. You can not only send an invite to all those that you would like to attend your graduation ceremonies; you can send a Christmas greeting at the same time by enclosing a Christmas card with a photo as well. This will be completely unexpected by many that you invite and it will definitely be the highlight of the season for many of your invitees as they will not receive anything else quite like it.

If you will be graduating in the winter you should definitely think about creating an invitation that has the winter theme. You can do this professionally, or you can choose to do this on your own. It might be fun to have some stationary that has a Christmas like background that you can print over. Then, you can enclose a picture of yourself, either a Christmas theme, or your graduation picture. There are many invitations that actually have a cut out place where you can enclose your picture. On the inside of the invite you can then announce your graduation and invite those that you would like to be there. You could place this information on the right hand side, while wishing your invitees a Merry Christmas on the other side.

There is no doubt that this would make a great Christmas greeting as well as a graduation announcement. You can get as creative as you would like, using clip art, confetti, and even tassel embellishments. Clip art could be simple, using Christmas trees, stars, snowmen, and even Christmas bulbs. You could place these sparingly on the outside as well as the inside of the card, ensuring that you are adding to the invitation, but not taking away from the information that you are passing on. If you make it too busy the recipients may not actually read it, so they won’t know that you are graduating.

Tassel embellishments are a nice addition to any graduation stationary, but can be especially nice in a Christmas themed graduation invite. You could use Christmas colors for the tassel and then attach some sort of Christmas themed charm to the end of each tassel. Your recipients would definitely appreciate this extra effort. If this is something that you don’t have the time or patience for you might want to include something inside such as winter themed confetti or something that that effect. This is a fun way to make the invite really be something special for you as well as for those that receive them.

When you are graduating this is a time to have fun and let everyone know in the most personal way possible. Have fun with it, infuse a bit of who you are, and then sit back and enjoy the compliments that you get on your very non-traditional but beautiful graduation invite!
