Envelopes are an important part of corporate and personal communication and can be of various types of paper and color, printed to match other stationery with which they are used. The Number 10 paper envelope that rectangular in shape is ideal for the regular letterhead, since the letterhead is easy to remove and insert. The post office has certain requirements to help with the automated sorting of letters. Though different sizes are handled, when you mail letters, they must conform to the rectangular size and specified dimensions. So in a Number 10 envelope, it must be ensured that an area of 4.75 x 0.625 inches is made available for bar coding on the lower right corner for letters that will be mailed.
