Bulletin

Bulletins show an outline of a ceremony or event and they provide a personal touch to the whole show. In weddings, the bulletin lists the order of the program that will take place, identifies the members of the wedding party and gives the time, place and date of the event. It also includes the officiating individual’s name, and other special details. Some bulletins mention the name of the live musicians if any and also thank you messages. Bulletins are handed to guests when they arrive at the wedding.

While bulletins are not a compulsory part of the wedding etiquette, it is a nice way to show your guests you care. Bulletins are useful in many ways. They keep the guests abreast of what is happening.
