Translucent Sheet

Translucent sheets are transparent sheets that lend themselves to lots of creative uses. You can add information when you place them on another sheet as a layer to create a two-part message. Many people design their wedding invitations with a flat card on which there's a visual and a translucent sheet on top of it, containing the wedding invitation words. The sheet is fixed to the base card in many ways - satin ribbons, tags or glue.

Another idea is to have an embossed wedding card with a border to which the translucent sheet is added, fixed with a satin bow. The translucent sheet can have floral or other designs printed on it. This can be set off with a matching envelope to complete the creation.
