A business day does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Product images on our web-site are image representations to the actual product you receive, however due to various types of monitors, settings and resolutions available in the market, each image and color representation are portrayed more or less to the actual product you receive. If you are concerning about the actual color of our actual product, samples are offered for most of the merchandise on our website by emailing us at Sales@MyExpression.com. MyExpression.com LLC cannot be held liable for slight color misrepresentations of the actual product you receive. If you are not completely satisfied with the product that you received, simply return the merchandise with the return procedure below.
If there are situations beyond our control resulting in the delay of merchandise delivery, such as: natural disasters, weather condition delays, manufacturer stock shortages, driver strikes, and other unexpected errors at UPS/USPS as the third party, MyExpression.com LLC cannot be held liable for such delays. MyExpression.com LLC expedites all of our customer's orders to be shipped and delivered to your door as quickly and efficiently as possible. If the time delivery is a concern for you, please order early.
For Blank Orders: It is in your best interest to check with your printer manual and contact the printer manufacturer to ensure that your printer can print specific card stocks. MyExpression.com LLC cannot be held liable for technical malfunctions that may arise by various printer brands in the market. For questions about printing layouts, product information, please goto http://www.myexpression.com/PrintingTips.cfm. Please note: MyExpression.com LLC does not mail out individual printing instructions with each order.
For Custom Printed Orders: If a proof is involved in your order, it is in your best interest to review the proof very carefully for any misspelled words or errors in the proof. Our professional typesetters copy and paste the exact information you provide initially. Your order will not be printed until we receive a final approval from you. MyExpression.com LLC cannot not be held liable for any misspelled words or errors once your order has been approved and/or printed.
Custom Printed Process: A FREE ONLINE PROOF will be available for review and approval by you within 1 business day after placing your order, you must login and check your proof status after 1 (one) business day from the order date. (our system will automatically assign you an OrderID upon the completion of your order at check-out in the shopping cart, and the email address you provide is your own password). Your order will not be printed until we receive a final approval from you. You must allow us to print your order, it takes 3-4 business days for your order to ship after it is approved for printing, then your order will be shipped out. The date we ship-out your order IS NOT THE SAME DATE you receive your order.
Return PolicyThis return and claim policy is effective as of May 1, 2005
All claims for shortages, damages or lost goods must be reported to MyExpression.com LLC within five (5) days of the delivery date via the online claim form procedure below. For damages or item not as described, we may require you to send the proof of evidence as per your claimed, and will be a subject to our approval. Proof of evidence can be done via taking the photo, scanned, photocopy, resend item back, or as per directed by our customer service depending on case by case basis. Please contact our customer service for further directions and instructions to proof the evidence as per your claim.
We do not accept exchanges. (Please follow return procedure and repurchase new items separately)
No changes or cancellations are accepted for orders which have already been processed for shipping.
Return and Claim Form
In order for us to audit and process your claim promptly, please click the "Proceed" button at the bottom of this page to submit the required information.
If you issue and initiate a chargeback to your financial institution to avoid payment either by mistake or fraud, our merchant account imposes a processing fee to MyExpression.com LLC. We will then assess a $25 processing fee for each chargeback to you with no exceptions. We will notify you both by mail and email for you to remit the $25 administration fee plus the original purchase amount. If we do not receive the payment within 30 days from the date we notify you, we will assess an additional $10 administration fee for a total of $35 plus the original purchase amount. The case will then be turned over to our collection agency.
